With over 26 years of leading sales performance experience, Bruce Dick’s quest for excellence has positioned him to lead a group of driven sales professionals within the Expocrete business model. Working with an aligned sales team selling and delivering innovative, sustainable concrete solutions to customers across Western Canada.

Prior to becoming the VP Commercial Sales and Business Development, Dick was Chief Operating Officer with the original Expocrete for three years, prior to the merger with CCI Industries. He was also Director of Commercial Sales at Epcor for 18 years, responsible for the Transportation and Operations divisions.
Dick has taken numerous executive management programs including studies at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Over the last thirteen years Jesse has worked in a variety of leadership roles with national Canadian building products companies. He continues to develop leadership skills that focus on data driven decision making, profitable revenue growth and sustainable continuous improvement. He is a values focused leader who works hard to develop relationships and engage team members at all levels within an organization.
Blackie (Arlene) Ochremchuk
Expocrete’s Health and Safety Officer Blackie Ochremchuk has spent most of her life dealing with people and crisis situations. Promoted to her current rank in October 2010, Ochremchuk has been the sole safety officer within Expocrete for the past 11 years but has been employed by the company since May 1997.
Starting her career as shipper/receiver, Ochremchuk, who is commonly referred to as Blackie, utilized her wealth of education and experience in nursing to nudge her towards her lifelong passion of caring for people and into her current role.
Ochremchuk’s experience, whether in operating rooms as an RNA, or on the plant floor, has developed her strong character to becoming tenaciously persistent and dedicated to inspiring Safety as a way of Life at Expocrete.
