Bruce's market knowledge is unrivalled and his passion for the industry widely appreciated by both partners and customers alike.
His flavorful personality and solid business technique demonstrate efficient and driven success in the industry.
Prior to becoming General Manager and Vice President, Bruce served as VP Commercial Sales and Business Development. Bruce also served as Expocrete’s Chief Operating Officer pior to the aquisition of CCI Industries.
Bruce was also Director of Commercial Sales at Epcor for 18 years, responsible for the Transportation and Operations divisions.
Dick has taken numerous executive management programs including studies at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Over the last thirteen years Jesse has worked in a variety of leadership roles with national Canadian building products companies. He continues to develop leadership skills that focus on data driven decision making, profitable revenue growth and sustainable continuous improvement. He is a values focused leader who works hard to develop relationships and engage team members at all levels within an organization.
Over his 14 year career with Oldcastle, John has been successful in challenging market conditions and across all product lines. He has a strong history of achieving high sales growth through his leadership and organizational skills. Much of his success is due to his innovative approach to customer needs, new product ideas and marketing expertise.
With 38 years of experience in the concrete manufacturing industry, Don brings to Expocrete a vast knowledge of the equipment, and best practices. Don came to Expocrete January 2012 as the Operations Manager for the Balzac facility, focusing on succession planning and improvements at the plant level. Don brings to the company over 15 years managing plants. January 2018 Don has taken on a new role as Director of Operations overseeing plants in Western Canada. Don looks forward to bringing his knowledge and experience to his new role.
Keba Mills has over 18 years in the accounting profession. She came to Expocrete in 2015 to join the transitioning finance team after acquisition. Her previous and ongoing education in the field allows her to provide the skills Expocrete needs as it grows through its next phases. Keba has worked in a variety of organizations from manufacturing, wholesale and property development across Canada. In addition to her accounting skills, she's had several years of customer service, building relationships with customers and peers. Her attention to detail and love of building up her fellow peers enables her to support the team around her to be the best they can in their assigned roles.
With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Carlee brings a depth of knowledge to the Expocrete team. She is well versed in employee relations, engagement, compensation design, training and development, recruitment & attraction and performance management. She began her career with Expocrete in 2011 and over the years has made many enhancements to our Human Resource practices. She is a true Strategic Business Partner who has been integral in helping Expocrete achieve it’s business objectives.
